Reservations
What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in time is any time after 4:00 pm, which gives us enough time to work our magic. As for check-out, we kindly ask that you bid us farewell by 11:00 am, so we can prepare for our next wave of awesome guests.
What is required for a guest to check in to the Hotel?
All you need to check-in is a credit card and a valid, government-issued photo ID. We promise we won't ask for your autograph, but we might ask for a “Fins UP!”.
Is there an age minimum for reserving a room and for check-in?
Yes, to reserve a room and check-in, you need to be at least 21 years old. But don't worry, we won't judge if you still enjoy a good game of hide-and-seek or have a secret stash of candy hidden in your suitcase.
What is included in the resort fee?
The resort fee of $22 plus tax per day includes a whole bundle of goodies to make your stay extra delightful. We're talking about a scrumptious Sunrise at Compass American Breakfast Buffet, daily parking (because we believe in giving wheels some love too), two bottles of water upon arrival, 24-hour fitness center, local phone calls, refreshing pool towels, lobby refreshments, including fruit-infused water, coffee, and beach transportation. It's like a surprise party but without the clowns.
Pet Policy
Are pets welcome?
Absolutely. We're a pet-friendly hotel, so bring your furry friends along. Just make sure they don't outshine us in the cuteness department. We've set a weight limit of 75 lbs to ensure there is plenty of personal space for our 2-legged and 4-legged guests. The Pawesome Party Fee when bringing furry pals along for the ride is as follows; for 1-4 nights, it's just $75, and for 5+ nights, it's $125. Up to 2 pets under 75 lbs each. Be sure to leash 'em for their stylish stroll. Service animals? They're the true VIPs – no fees! Let the pet party begin.
Do pets need to be leashed?

Can I leave my pet in my room unattended?
Yes, if your pet is calm and settled, you may leave them in your room. Please provide a cell phone number at check-in so we can reach you in case of an emergency.
Can I bring my pet to The Backyard or 5 o'Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill?
We'd love to say yes, but regret that pets are not allowed in 5 o'Clock Somewhere Bar and Grill, The Backyard, or the pool area of the hotel. Service animals are an exception to this policy.
My pet may be noisy, is that an issue?
For the comfort of your pet, yourselves, and other guests it's encouraged that pets who are loud or noisy (barking) not be left alone while at the hotel. Should a pet become disruptive to the vibe and energy of the resort, the noise policy may be enforced.
Do I receive housekeeping if I have a pet in my room?
Room attendants will enter guest rooms with pets only when the registered guest is present. This is as much for the pet's comfort as the room attendant. For your convenience, please call housekeeping to arrange a suitable time to have your room serviced.
Where do I walk my pet?
Compass Hotel Naples has limited greenspaces located around the hotel grounds where pets can stretch their legs. Please ensure your pet is always on a leash while enjoying the outdoors.

What time is breakfast?
Rise and shine! On weekdays, breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM, giving you a chance to enjoy some morning fuel before tackling the day. On weekends, we give you an extra snooze with breakfast available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
We sure do! Our fitness center is like a playground for the active folks. We've got free weights and cardio equipment to help you work up a sweat. And the best part? It's open 24/7, so you can show off your best moves even at 3:00 AM (though we can't guarantee an audience at that hour).
Do you have a pool?
Oh, we have more than just a pool. We have an incredibly private pool area in our Backyard where you can splash, soak up the sun, and sip on some frozen concoctions. It's the perfect spot for relaxation and creating unforgettable memories.
Does Compass Naples have a hot tub?
Unfortunately, we don't have a hot tub, but we've got something even hotter —our Backyard pool and patio is like a mini paradise where you can unwind, enjoy live entertainment, games, and indulge in mouthwatering treats from our 5 o'Clock Somewhere Bar and Grill. Who needs a hot tub when you can so much more?
Are you close to shopping?
Absolutely! We're just a stone's throw away from fabulous shopping destinations. Whether you're in the mood for high-end fashion boutiques, local artisan shops, or retail therapy galore, we've got you covered. Your credit card might need a break afterward, though. Remember, if you have any more burning questions, we are here to save the day.
Do you have meeting space?
Absolutely! Set sail with your crew, destination Compass Boardroom. We can accommodate up to eight people!
What is the nearest airport?
Set your mind at ease, for the nearest airport to our tropical haven is the Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). Disembark and set sail for paradise, a mere 28 miles away. Remember, laughter is the best travel companion, so don't forget to pack your sense of humor along with your suitcase.

What is your cancellation policy during hurricane season?

Flex Pay
What is flex pay?
Flex Pay, formerly known as Uplift, gives you the freedom to purchase what you want now and pay over time with simple fixed installments. Some plans include interest while some are interest-free.
When you’re ready to check out, just select Flex Pay as your payment method, complete a short application, and receive a quick decision. Choose the terms of your payment plan, finish checking out, and enjoy your purchase. Then, pay over time with simple, no-surprise monthly payments.
Can I finance travel on behalf of someone else?
With some merchants, you can use Flex Pay to purchase travel on behalf of someone else. A travel provider who has enabled this feature will be indicated with a dropdown option for “new applicant” during the application process.
I purchased a trip using Flex Pay, can I travel before it is paid off?
Yes! You do need to allow a few days between booking and your departure date for things to process. Other than that, you are free to travel whenever - even before you're all paid off.
How do I cancel/return my purchase
Contact the merchant directly to return your purchase. If your return is accepted, the merchant will send us the refund and we will apply the amount of your refund to the balance of your loan. If you receive a credit rather than a refund or are charged a cancellation fee, you will still be responsible for the outstanding balance. If the refunded amount is more than your outstanding balance, we refund that money to you.
How are my loan term offers determined?
We look at a number of factors, including your credit information, purchase details, and more.
Can I make additional payments?
Yes, you can make additional payments to pay down your balance or pay off your purchase in full. You can pay off your loan at any time without paying a penalty or fee.
Making additional payments won't change your monthly payment amount, but it will pay off your loan sooner and decrease the total amount of interest you pay over the life of your loan.
When are my payments due?
Payments are due monthly. Your due date is available in your account at upgrade.com/pay. We'll also send you emails and text messages to remind you.
What are my payment method options?
Customers from the United States can pay by either bank account, debit card, or check. If paying by check, please make your check payable to Upgrade, Inc., and send it to our U.S. office address:

How do I make installment payments?
You can make a payment anytime by visiting upgrade.com/pay and clicking on the Loans tab. From there, click the Make a Payment button.
We recommend that you enable Autopay at time of purchase so that your payments are automatically deducted each month.
If you don’t have Autopay enabled, visit upgrade.com/pay, click on the Accounts page, and set the Autopay toggle to ON.
You can also change the form of payment on file with Flex Pay anytime by visiting upgrade.com/pay.
