As we welcome guests and team members to our property, we stand committed to our passion of creating and delivering fun and escapism, in a safe, comfortable environment.

Cleanliness is top of mind for the team at Compass Hotel Pigeon Forge. Our health and sanitation protocols were carefully developed based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the National Restaurant Association (NRA), and American Hotel and Lodging Association (AHLA).

We use highly effective disinfectants to clean and sanitize guest rooms after each stay, with extra attention paid to high-touch surfaces throughout the bedroom, bathroom, and balcony. Sanitation specialists regularly clean and disinfect the lobby and other public space areas, with an emphasis on guest touch points. We have ample seating in the lobby, dining outlets, and by the pools to allow everyone to relax comfortably, and we have placed hand sanitizer stations throughout the property.
